あらすじ
十六桜に憑いている幽霊がまだ生きていたころ、十六桜は普通の木と同じく春に花咲く木だった。彼の一族はその木に詩を書いた紙を吊るす習慣があった。彼は自分の子孫よりも長く生き、年老いるころには彼の縁者は残っていなかった。そして彼の一族と縁のある桜の木も、ある夏に枯れてしまった。
